Fluorinated ethylene-propylene (FEP) resin, as a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene, has good heat stability, outstanding chemical inertness, excellent electrical insulation and low friction coefficient, and can be processed by a thermoplastic processing method.

The resin with macromolecule low melt index is used for conditions needing stress crack resistance and low or medium processing speed, mainly shrinkable pipes, lining of pump, valve and pipeline, and wire insulating layers.

Avoid processing at above 420℃ to prevent decomposing and generating toxic gas.
Packaging, Transport and Storage:
1. It should be packaged in two-layer plastic inner bag, and then sealed in hard drum. Each bag has net weight of 25kg and certificate of approval.
2. It should be stored in a clean, dry, cool and shady environment to prevent mixing of impurities.
3. It is nontoxic, non-inflammable, nonexplosive and noncorrosive, so it is transported according to non-dangerous goods.
